Boarding Prep,  Check In, Up, Out:

Upon check in: Vaccinations will be verified An inventory of items brought by owner for their dog will be taken. The Agreement of Services signed by the owner or agent The estimated cost of the visit confirmed.

Following a short, cheerful goodbye, your dog will be led by a staff member to the back area of our house to begin the introduction process into the exercise area. 

You are encouraged to check up on your furry friend anytime during normal business hours by phone or e-mail.  We will not contact you unless there is a problem. 

Upon check out payment will be accepted, the inventoried items returned, and your dog brought into the front room.  Please keep greetings low key and calm.  This will help minimize your dogs anxiousness and ensure a pleasant experience for future visits.
